Okra is rich in vitamins A&C loaded with biotin, folic acid, calcium, which gives it a perfect combination to nourish our natural hair .Moisturize the scalp, prevent dandruff and itchy scalp, give a bouncy hair, create a perfect curl definition, serves as a great detangler and leave in. Recipe: 6-8 chopped okras, 1 1/2 cups water,1-2 tsp oil.optional Aloe vera, honey. Method: Boil chopped okras in water for about 15_30 minutes. As a rinse out conditioner, you may want it thicker, but it should be thinner as a leave in conditioner.Allow to cool and strain.Pour in a blender and add oil and aloe vera for more nourishment, blend till it becomes smooth and creamy. It works great as a styler for your twist out.perfect for those with high porosity high.Try out please and let me know what you think...**Lovemynaturalhair*
